Hello,

I am Sun Microsystem's Information Protection Program Mgr and I am
investigating the posting of Sun's System Handbook on your site.  The
information is marked as Sun confidential which is why we are
investigating its availability on a publicly accessible site.

If you would, please contact Sun's Information Protection Organization
using the contact information below.  We would like to inquire about
the usage of the information and applicable authorizations received
from Sun employees to post the information externally.

Please contact us as soon as possible.  It is against Sun's policy to
have Sun Confidential information available on a public site without
password protecting the materials and without permissions to post.

I look forward to hearing from someone in order to resolve this issue.

I did reply to this email, but the reply has been lost during the course of time (and a couple of system upgrades!). Also, it was a very long time before the next message from Sun was received (on 04-Feb-2003!) from Elaine Lee (she took over the 'investigation' from Yolanda).
