A small percentage of Sun Cobalt RaQ 550 systems may fail to power up and boot, especially from a cold start. The problem is corrected by power cycling the unit. Once the system boots up it will function normally and there will be no impact to customer operations. This issue affects approximately 1170 RaQ 550 systems which were shipped between 17-Jun-2002 and 15-Jul-2002. Of these, the expected failure rate is less than 2%.
