- The minimum operating system is Solaris 2.5.1 Hardware: 4/97.
- The SunATM 3.0 software Update 1 is on CD-ROM 704-6006-11.
- Option 1159 includes ATM 4.0 software for Solaris 7.
- The Solaris 8 Supplement includes ATM 5.0 software.
- On a Sun Blade 1000, do not install in PCI Slot 1 (66MHz).
Install only in Slot 2, 3, or 4 (33MHz).
