Sun Ray 1 LEDs

The following LED information pertains to the Sun Ray 1 systems.

Power/Fault LED

Location	State	Description
	Off	The unit is not plugged in. If the unit is plugged in, there are two fuses that could blow (appliance must be replaced).
	Yellow	Hardware fault. Replace appliance.
	Green	The unit is powered on and the hardware is functioning normally.
	Blinking	PROM is corrupted. Use utadm to restore the firmware.

Smart Card Reader LED

Location	State	Description
	Off	No smart card is inserted.
	On	The smart card has been inserted correctly.
	Blinking	It is safe to enter your secure PIN now (secure smart card installations only).
