900MHz UltraSPARC III Cu Module

Notes

1. The minimum Operating System is Solaris 8 10/01.
2. OBP version 4.4.6 or greater is required.
3. 501-6002 cannot be mixed with previous UltraSPARC III modules.
4. The Sun Blade 1000 system board supports mixed module speeds if the UltraSPARC III frequency is a whole number multiple of 150MHz.
5. Mixing module speeds in the Sun Fire 280R is not supported.
6. Sun Fire 280R systems need Fan Tray X9820A (540-5088) to support 501-6002.
   Systems built and shipped after December 4, 2001, will include the fan tray.
7. Use torque tool 340-6091 or 340-6395 to install this module.
   Both are calibrated to 5.0 +/- 0.5 in/lbs.
8. A torque tool is included with systems that use this module.
